Hello, Dear Friends. My name is Paweł Lasak. I'm a certified herbalist, phytotherapist, and naturopath. But above all, I'm a person who decided to combine the ancient wisdom of the forest with modern biohacking.

From Forest Roots to Conscious Balance. Herbs and mushrooms aren't "business" for me. They've been my daily life for nearly five years. Many of you remember me from my early days, when my greatest, most rigorous teacher was the Amanita Muscaria . It was a time of deep study, creating extracts, and exploring the power of nature from the inside. It was then that I learned immense humility and respect for plants.

Over time, however, I realized I wanted to go a step further. I wanted to create something that wasn't just a curiosity for the initiated, but a safe, everyday support for everyone. For the busy entrepreneur, the overstimulated parent, and anyone who feels the modern world is pushing too fast. This is how I evolved from forest experimentation to the creation of Forest Flow .

Why did I create my own brand? The truth is simple: I created these products because I needed them, and the market was frustrating me. As a practitioner, I was fed up with two things:

"Hay in capsules": Store shelves are filled with cheap dried herbs disguised as extracts. No standardization, no research, no real benefits. I knew that if I wanted results, I had to choose powerful extracts.

Biological chaos: Ready-made "mixes" on the internet are often a gamble. Someone combines stimulants with sleep-inducing ingredients in one capsule. This contradicts natural human biology.

I took matters into my own hands. I designed the Forest Flow Ecosystem exactly as I designed my own products—without compromise. I understood that the key to health is the Circadian Rhythm . That's why there's no "one magic pill for everything."
